OR have a signage which says "find time.." pasted on your fridge or bathroom mirror or anywhere that you will see it everyday OR have it on your smartphones as daily reminders OR screensavers... subsequently, it will develop into a habit of finding the time. And it doesn't necessarily means finding the time for physical activity but also for other aspects in life. Try It!
