A wrapping meal sounds interesting. It would be a good pre/post workout snack if you need one.
1) Fruit Wrap
- Spread peanut butter on wholemeal wrap
- Place banana and chopped strawberries
- Wrap it up and eat it as a whole or sliced it to your preferred bite size pieces
2) Egg wrap - this requires more time
- 3 eggs; using only 1 egg yolk and the rest are whites
- Chopped cherry tomatoes and red onions
- Stir fry them with the egg; scrambling them altogether
- Dash some black pepper if you would like and wrap it up
