About Mummies in Fitness
Mummies in Fitness shares the desire of all mothers / mothers-to-be to stay in shape and be at their best for their little ones. We will be sharing fitness while on the go with the baby / toddler and how we can cultivate the fitness regime into our busiest schedule. As we all know being a mother is a 24/7 responsibility; so how are we suppose to fit in being FiT?
